Drawing of assembly drawings and part drawings of non-standard equipment.

Participate in the assembly and debugging of equipment and coordinate the processing of outsourced parts.

Qualifications:

Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical majors (priority given to key undergraduates and above).

More than two years of mechanical design work experience (priority given to those with experience in the research and design of precision machinery for machine tools).

Be familiar with the characteristics of common materials and heat treatment processes, be familiar with various transmission mechanisms and mechanical and electrical components, and be familiar with mechanical processing and assembly processes.

Be proficient in using common computer-aided design software; be proficient in SolidWorks and CAD drawing software and be familiar with common office software (PPT\EXCL\WORD).

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development on automatic control technology for machine tool equipment.

Be proficient in PLC control technology and motion control technology.

Be well-versed in the application technology of common control components, especially stepper motors, servo motors, frequency conversion control, etc.

Be able to complete the design of the whole machine control system.

Be responsible for the hardware selection of automated equipment, assist purchasers in the selection of electrical components, design the electrical control system according to project requirements, and draw electrical schematic diagrams.

Be responsible for the design of electrical drawings such as the electrical layout diagram of automated equipment, the wiring diagram of the electrical control cabinet, and the cable list, and conduct statistical work on electrical materials.

Be responsible for project research and analysis, promote system function improvement, propose a complete plan and implement it.

Be responsible for writing electrical installation specifications and providing on-site guidance for the installation of electrical equipment (remotely or on-site guiding equipment maintenance personnel to handle electrical faults of equipment).

Be responsible for the design and testing of PLC programs and configuration software of the control system.

Be responsible for coordinating and resolving problems with customers, suppliers, and partners during project implementation.

Requirements:

Have more than three years of relevant electrical work experience.
